5-1. GENERAL
Table 5-1, lists the common malfunctions which you may find during the operation or maintenance of the plate
compactor. This manual cannot list all malfunctions that may occur, nor all test or inspections and corrective ac-
tions. If a malfunction is not listed or is not corrected by listed corrective actions, notify direct support maintenance.
5-2. TROUBLESHOOTING PROCEDURES
The following procedures do not repeat the "Test or Inspection" or "Corrective Action" procedures provided in the
operator troubleshooting section of Chapter 3 nor the unit maintenance troubleshooting section of Chapter 4. Per-
form the test/inspections and corrective actions in the order listed.
