Proceed to Test Step 17.

Resistance Greater Than 5.0 Ohms
Replace main cab wiring harness
(WP 0505). Install fuse F40 on circuit
breaker panel (TM 5-3805-296-10).

Test Step 9. Test Fuse F40.
1. Install new fuse F40 on circuit
breaker panel
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
2. Ensure all harness connectors are
connected.
3. Turn battery disconnect switch and
ignition switch to ON position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
4. Operate tractor operator monitor
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
5. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
6. Remove fuse F40 from circuit
breaker panel
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
7. Using digital multimeter
Continuity Install fuse F40 on circuit
(WP 0540), measure resistance
breaker panel (TM 5-3805-296-10).
between terminals of fuse F40.
Proceed to Test Step 17.
No Continuity Discard fuse F40.
Proceed to Test Step 10.
Test Step 10. Test for Shorted Dash

1. Disconnect connector P-C18

operator monitor.
2. Remove upper and lower plenum
from ROPS (WP 0504).
