(3) Turn the decompression knob (1) to the start
position (4).
(4) Place the throttle control to full fuel position.
(5) Pull the fuel primer knob (6) fully down and re-
lease.
(6) Start the engine as described in paragraph 2-
5, above.
2-10. EMERGENCY PROCEDURES

Any malfunction of the compactor, or interruption
of the work effort will require that the engine be
stopped immediately.
