23. Install new valve stem (Figure 10, Item 2) and new locknut (Figure 10, Item 3) on wheel (Figure 10, Item 1).

24. Remove oil filler plug (Figure 11, Item 2) from wheel (Figure 11, Item 1).
25. Fill wheel (Figure 11, Item 1) with correct amount and type of oil. Refer to LO 5-3805-296-13.
26. Install oil filler plug (Figure 11, Item 2) on wheel (Figure 11, Item 1).
