16. Using caliper, measure new shim pack (Figure 8, Item 6) and if necessary remove shims to attain required
thickness.
17. Install shim pack (Figure 8, Item 6), new O-ring (Figure 8, Item 5), and retainer (Figure 8, Item 4) on wheel
(Figure 8, Item 1).
18. Install six washers (Figure 8, Item 2) and bolts (Figure 8, Item 3) on wheel (Figure 8, Item 1). Tighten bolts to
26 lb-ft (35 Nm).
19. Remove lifting device and sling (Figure 9, Item 2) from wheel (Figure 9, Item 3).
NOTE
Alternate between rotating wheel and tighten bolts. Rotate wheel at least on revolution
between bolts.
20. Tighten six bolts (Figure 8, Item 3) to 200 lb-ft (271 Nm) while rotating wheel (Figure 8, Item 1).
