21. Install new O-ring (Figure 9, Item 4) and hub cap (Figure 9, Item 3) on wheel (Figure 9, Item 1).
22. Install eight washers (Figure 9, Item 6) and bolts (Figure 9, Item 5) on hub cap (Figure 9, Item 3).
