V-belt removed.
Pan, Drain; item 19, Appx F
Wrench, Torque; item 49, Appx F
General Safety Instructions
Driver, 14mm Hex Key w/3/4 sq-dr; item 9, Appx F
Observe all WARNINGS and CAUTIONS
Materials/Parts
Solvent, Dry Cleaning; item 9, Appx E
Rag, Wiping; item 8, Appx E
Oil, Gear, Lubricating; item 6, Appx E
1.
Set the compactor on wood blocking with a slight
tilt to the left side of the compactor.
2.
Position drain pan under edge of the base plate,
near the vibrator drain plug (1).
3.
Remove the oil filler plug (2) and the drain plug
(1).
4.
Allow oil to drain completely. Dispose of used oil
in accordance with local policy.
5.
Install the drain plug (1).
6 . Wipe surfaces with a rag to clean-up spilled oil.
7 . Remove blocking from under compactor and en-
sure that compactor is level.
8.
Fill vibrator with lubricating gear oil (Table 4-1),
until oil level is half way up threads of oil filler
plug hole as shown.
9.
Install the filler plug (2)
10. Wipe spilled oil from filler plug area.
