REMOVAL CONTINUED

Use caution when removing hood. Use assistance during procedure. Keep clear of heavy
parts as they are lowered. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death to
personnel.
NOTE
Hood weighs approximately 190 lb (86 kg).
17. Install suitable lifting device on link brackets (Figure 7, Item 1).
18. Using lifting device and assistance support hood (Figure 7, Item 4).
19. Remove nine bolts (Figure 7, Item 2), washers (Figure 7, Item 3), and hood (Figure 7, Item 4) from machine.
20. Position hood (Figure 7, Item 4) on flat surface.
