Ground Level Shutdown Switch.
Switch Erratic, Intermittent,
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
or Incorrect Continued
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
2. Remove four bolts
(Figure 1, Item 1), washers
(Figure 1, Item 2), and plate
(Figure 1, Item 3) from hood
(Figure 1, Item 4).

3. Disconnect connector L-C3
(WP 0012, Figure 223) from tractor
ground level shutdown switch
connector (WP 0012, Figure 222).
4. Turn battery disconnect switch and
ignition switch to ON position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
5. Using digital multimeter
Voltage 13 0.5 V Proceed to step 6.
(WP 0540), test for voltage
Voltage Less Than 12.5 V Proceed
between connector L-C3
to Test Step 4.
terminal A (WP 0012, Figure 223)
and ground.
