Voltage Below Normal Becomes
Inactive Replace oil pressure sensor
(WP 0187).
Proceed to Test Step 8.
Test Step 3. Test for Shorted
Atmospheric Pressure Sensor.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
2. Disconnect connector CM-C4
atmospheric pressure sensor
3. Turn battery disconnect switch to
ON position and start engine
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
4. At MSD, check for active
262-4 Five-Volt Sensor DC Supply
diagnostic code 262-4 Five-Volt
Voltage Below Normal Remains
Sensor DC Supply Voltage Below
Active Proceed to Test Step 4.
262-4 Five-Volt Sensor DC Supply
Voltage Below Normal Becomes
Inactive Replace atmospheric
pressure sensor (WP 0244).
Proceed to Test Step 8.
Test Step 4. Test for Shorted Intake
Air Pressure Sensor.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
2. Disconnect connector CM-C7
air pressure sensor connector
3. Turn battery disconnect switch to
ON position and start engine
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
