Voltage at Circuit Breaker Panel.
Voltage Erratic, Intermittent,
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
or Incorrect Continued
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
2. Remove circuit breaker F14
from circuit breaker panel
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
3. Turn battery disconnect switch and
ignition switch to ON position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
Voltage 18 to 25 V Proceed to Test
4. Using digital multimeter
Step 4.
(WP 0540), test for voltage
Voltage Less Than 18 V Replace
between circuit breaker F14 left
terminal (Figure 5) and ground.
fuse panel wiring harness (WP 0515).
Proceed to Test Step 10.
