Wiring Harness for Open.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
2. Disconnect connector W-C16
(WP 0012, Figure 87) from
connector CL-C3
(WP 0012, Figure 86).
3. Connect jumper wire between
terminal 11 and terminal 18 of
connector CL-C3
(WP 0012, Figure 86).
4. Using digital multimeter
Resistance 5.0 Ohms or Less
(WP 0540), measure resistance
Proceed to step 5.

Resistance Greater Than 5.0 Ohms
terminal 48 and terminal 52
Replace engine interface wiring
(WP 0012, Figure 45).

Proceed to Test Step 10.
5. Remove jumper wire from
terminal 11 and terminal 18
of connector CL-C3

6. Connect jumper wire between
terminal 18 and terminal 20 of
connector CL-C3

7. Using digital multimeter
Resistance 5.0 Ohms or Less
(WP 0540), measure resistance
Proceed to Test Step 9.
