4. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
5. If removed, install splash shield
(Figure 8, Item 4), four bushings
(Figure 8, Item 3), washers
(Figure 8, Item 2), and bolts
(Figure 8, Item 1) on machine.

6. Install left frame access plate
(WP 0376).
7. If lowered, install crankcase guard
(WP 0374).
