1. Turn ignition switch and battery

2. Connect jumper wire between
terminal 3 and terminal 2 of
connector AW-C1 (WP 0012,
Figure 36).
3. Turn battery disconnect switch
ON and start engine

4. At MSD, check for active

Replace fuel pressure sensor

Test Step 10. Test Fuel Filter Wiring
Harness for High Resistance or
Open.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
2. Do not remove jumper wire from
terminal 3 and terminal 2
of connector AW-C1
(WP 0012, Figure 36).
3. Disconnect connector AW-C4
(WP 0012, Figure 34)
from connector CL-C9
(WP 0012, Figure 33).
4. Using digital multimeter
Resistance 5.0 Ohms or Less
(WP 0540), test for continuity
Proceed to Test Step 11.
between connector AW-C4
Resistance Greater Than 5.0 Ohms
terminal 5 and terminal 4
Replace fuel filter wiring harness
(WP 0012, Figure 34).
