REMOVAL CONTINUED
WARNING
Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury or death to personnel.
To prevent injury to personnel, wear protective eye covering and gloves.
Failure to follow these warnings may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Tag and mark hoses to aid in installation.
Cap and plug hoses and fittings to prevent contamination.
2. Loosen tube nut (Figure 2, Item 3) and remove hose (Figure 2, Item 4) from fitting (Figure 2, Item 1) on steering
control valve (Figure 2, Item 5).
3. Remove O-ring (Figure 2, Item 2) from fitting (Figure 2, Item 1). Discard O-ring.
4. Loosen tube nut (Figure 2, Item 10) and remove hose (Figure 2, Item 13) from fitting (Figure 2, Item 12) on
steering control valve (Figure 2, Item 5).
5. Remove O-ring (Figure 2, Item 11) from fitting (Figure 2, Item 12). Discard O-ring.
6. Loosen tube nut (Figure 2, Item 7) and remove hose (Figure 2, Item 6) from fitting (Figure 2, Item 9) on steering
control valve (Figure 2, Item 5).
7. Remove O-ring (Figure 2, Item 8) from fitting (Figure 2, Item 9). Discard O-ring.
