BRAKE DRUM INSTALLATION

1. Install grease shield (Figure 11, Item 2) on wheel (Figure 11, Item 1).
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death to
personnel.
NOTE
Brake drum weighs 140 lb (64 kg).
2. Using assistance, install brake drum (Figure 12, Item 5) on wheel assembly (Figure 12, Item 1).
3. Install 40 spacers (Figure 12, Item 4) and new bolts (Figure 12, Item 3) on wheel assembly (Figure 12, Item 1).
4. Remove two alignment pins (Figure 12, Item 2) from wheel assembly (Figure 12, Item 1).
