AE-C4 terminal 6 and terminal 10

Replace draft frame and bowl side
wiring harness (WP 0348).
Proceed to Test Step 17.
Test Step 5. Test Hitch Wiring
Harness for High Resistance or

1. Lower left frame access plate

2. Remove jumper wire from
connector AE-C4 terminal 6
and terminal 10

3. Connect jumper wire between
connector E-C2 terminal 16
and terminal 31

4. Disconnect connector E-C3
(WP 0012, Figure 142)
from connector J-C6
(WP 0012, Figure 141).
5. Using digital multimeter
Resistance 5.0 Ohms or Less
(WP 0540), measure resistance
Proceed to Test Step 6.

Resistance Greater Than 5.0 Ohms
terminal 12 and terminal 26
Remove jumper wire from connector
(WP 0012, Figure 142).
E-C2 terminal 16 and terminal 31

Replace hitch wiring harness
