5. Disconnect connector F-C3
(WP 0012, Figure 152) from bowl
down solenoid connector
(WP 0012, Figure 151)
6. Turn battery disconnect switch and
ignition switch to ON position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
7. At MSD, check for active
1276-5 Bowl Down Solenoid Current
diagnostic code 1276-6 Bowl
Below Normal Becomes Active
Down Solenoid Current Above
Replace bowl down solenoid
(WP 0436).
Normal (WP 0008).
Proceed to Test Step 6.
1276-6 Bowl Down Solenoid Current
Above Normal Remains Active
Proceed to Test Step 2.
