Open.
1. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
2. Install flood enable relay on flood
enable relay connector on fuse
panel (Figure 2). Do not install
start relay at this time.
3. Disconnect connector CG-C1
(WP 0012, Figure 283)
from connector W-C8
(WP 0012, Figure 282).
4. Connect jumper wire between
terminal E11 and terminal C12 of
start relay connector (Figure 3).
5. Using digital multimeter
Resistance 5.0 Ohms or Less
(WP 0540), measure resistance
Proceed to Test Step 3.
between connector CG-C1
Resistance Greater Than 5.0 Ohms
terminal 24 and terminal 25
Replace fuse panel wiring harness
(WP 0012, Figure 283).
