REMOVAL CONTINUED
CAUTION
Cap or plug hydraulic hose, fitting, and hydraulic tank return tube to prevent
contamination. Failure to follow this caution may result in equipment damage.
NOTE
Tag and mark hydraulic hose to aid in installation.
Note orientation of fitting to aid in installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from system. Dispose of fluid IAW local
policy and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
22. Loosen tube nut (Figure 7, Item 1) and remove hydraulic hose (Figure 7, Item 2) from fitting (Figure 7, Item 10).
Position hydraulic hose aside.
23. Loosen nut (Figure 7, Item 13) and remove fitting (Figure 7, Item 10) from hydraulic tank return tube
(Figure 7, Item 12).
24. Remove two O-rings (Figure 7, Items 9 and 11) from fitting (Figure 7, Item 10). Discard O-rings.
25. Remove nut (Figure 7, Item 7), washer (Figure 7, Item 6), bolt (Figure 7, Item 3), washer (Figure 7, Item 4), and
two clamp halves (Figure 7, Item 5) from bracket (Figure 7, Item 8) and hydraulic tank return tube
(Figure 7, Item 12).
