REMOVAL CONTINUED
CAUTION
Cap or plug hydraulic hose, fittings, hydraulic line, and steering control valve to prevent
contamination. Failure to follow this caution may result in equipment damage.
NOTE
Tag and mark hydraulic hoses, fittings, and hydraulic line to aid in installation.
Note routing of hydraulic hoses and hydraulic line to aid in installation.
Use a container to catch any fluid that may drain from system. Dispose of fluid IAW local
policy and ordinances. Ensure all spills are cleaned up.
3. Loosen tube nut (Figure 3, Item 4) and remove hydraulic hose (Figure 3, Item 5) from elbow (Figure 3, Item 3).
NOTE
Note orientation of plate to aid in installation.
4. Remove four bolts (Figure 3, Item 1), washers (Figure 3, Item 2), two flange halves (Figure 3, Item 13), plate
(Figure 3, Item 11), and hydraulic hose (Figure 3, Item 15) from hydraulic line (Figure 3, Item 6).
5. Remove O-ring (Figure 3, Item 12) from plate (Figure 3, Item 11). Discard O-ring.
6. Remove O-ring (Figure 3, Item 14) from hydraulic hose (Figure 3, Item 15). Discard O-ring.
7. Remove bolt (Figure 3, Item 10), washer (Figure 3, Item 9), clamp (Figure 3, Item 8), and hydraulic line
(Figure 3, Item 6) from bracket (Figure 3, Item 7).
8. Remove hydraulic line (Figure 3, Item 6) from machine.
