16. Install forcing bolt (Figure 6, Item 6) 180 degrees from forcing bolt (Figure 6, Item 2) on gear housing
(Figure 6, Item 1).
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Gear housing weighs 332 lb (151 kg).
17. Using assistance and lifting device, tighten two forcing bolts (Figure 6, Items 2 and 6) and remove gear
housing (Figure 6, Item 1) from tire and wheel assembly (Figure 6, Item 7).
18. Remove large O-ring (Figure 5, Item 2) from gear housing (Figure 5, Item 1). Discard O-ring.
