CONTROL VALVE PILOT HOSES INSTALLATION CONTINUED
CAUTION
Remove plugs and caps from hydraulic hoses and fittings. Failure to follow this caution
may result in damage to equipment.
NOTE
Install hydraulic hoses as tagged and marked during removal.
40. Install three new O-rings (Figure 39, Items 14, 15, and 16) on fittings (Figure 39, Items 4, 5, and 7).
41. Install fittings (Figure 39, Items 4, 5, and 7) on machine.
42. Install three new lockwashers (Figure 39, Item 12) and jamnuts (Figure 39, Item 13) on fittings
(Figure 39, Items 4, 5, and 7).
43. Install adapter fitting (Figure 39, Item 3) on fitting (Figure 39, Item 4).
44. Install new O-ring (Figure 39, Item 11) on adapter fitting (Figure 39, Item 3).
45. Install three hoses (Figure 39, Items 1, 9, and 10) on fittings (Figure 39, Items 3, 5, and 7) and tighten tube nuts
(Figure 39, Items 2, 6, and 8).
