CONTROL VALVE PILOT HOSES INSTALLATION CONTINUED
CAUTION
Remove plugs and caps from hydraulic hoses and fittings. Failure to follow this caution
may result in damage to equipment.
NOTE
Install hydraulic hoses as tagged and marked during removal.
Install tiedown straps as noted during removal.
Install P-clamps as noted during removal.
28. Install six new O-rings (Figure 36, Items 5, 6, 7, 14, 15 and 16) on three fittings (Figure 36, Items 1, 2, and 4).
29. Install two fittings (Figure 36, Items 1, and 4) on machine.
30. Install new lockwasher (Figure 36, Item 3) and fitting (Figure 36, Item 4) on machine.
31. Install three new lockwashers (Figure 36, Items 9, 10, and 12) and jamnuts (Figure 36, Items 8, 11, and 13) on
fittings (Figure 36, Items 1, 2, and 4).
