REMOVAL

WARNING
Lubricating/hydraulic oils can be very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to
follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Tag and mark all hoses and tubes to aid in installation.
Plug and cap all hydraulic hoses and fittings to prevent contamination.
1. Loosen tube nut (Figure 1, Item 11) and remove hose (Figure 1, Item 12) and O-ring (Figure 1,
Item 10) from elbow fitting (Figure 1, Item 9). Discard O-ring.
NOTE
Note orientation of elbow fitting to aid in installation.
Note location of P-clamp to aid installation.
2. Loosen tube nut (Figure 1, Item 7) and remove elbow fitting (Figure 1, Item 9) and O-ring (Figure 1, Item 8)
from hydraulic oil cooler (Figure 1, Item 6). Discard O-ring.
3. Remove bolt (Figure 1, Item 4), washer (Figure 1, Item 3), nut (Figure 1, Item 1), washer (Figure 1, Item 2) and
P-clamp (Figure 1, Item 5) from machine.
