1. Remove jumper wire from terminal
21 and terminal 25 of connector
E-C2 (WP 0012, Figure 143).
2. Connect jumper wire between
terminal 6 and terminal 14 of
connector J-C6
(WP 0012, Figure 141).
3. Disconnect connector J-C8
(WP 0012, Figure 100) from
connector W-C1
(WP 0012, Figure 99).
(WP 0540), measure resistance
Replace main cab wiring harness
between connector J-C8
(WP 0505).

Proceed to Test Step 17.

Replace hitch wiring harness
(WP 0401).
Proceed to Test Step 17.
Test Step 17. Verify Malfunction is
Resolved.
1. Ensure all harness connectors are
connected.
2. Turn battery disconnect switch and
ignition switch to ON position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
3. At MSD, check for active
1430-3 Scraper Air Pressure Sensor
diagnostic codes (WP 0008).
Voltage Above Normal Becomes
Inactive Proceed to step 4.
1430-3 Scraper Air Pressure Sensor
Voltage Above Normal Remains
Active Repeat troubleshooting from
the beginning.
4. Turn ignition switch and battery
disconnect switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
5. If removed, install splash shield
(Figure 3, Item 4), four bushings
(Figure 3, Item 3), washers
(Figure 3, Item 2), and bolts
(Figure 3, Item 1) on machine.
6. If lowered, install left frame access
plate (WP 0376).
7. Troubleshooting complete.
