5. Move ejector all the way to the rear and close apron.
6. Lower bowl and position cutting edge onto suitable block.
7. Shut down engine.
8. Turn battery disconnect switch to off (O) position.
C AU T I O N
Machines transported without proper safeguards may incur wind damage. Ensure all
doors and compartments are securely latched and secured against flying open. Failure to
do so may cause equipment damage during transit.
Exhaust pipe must be taped closed to prevent wind from entering exhaust system and
causing turbocharger to spin, without the benefit of lubrication. Failure to cover exhaust
pipe may damage turbocharger.
9. Use tape to cover exhaust pipe.
10. Secure Military 621G Scraper in accordance with shipping data plate on machine.
Unload Machine from Trailer

1. Remove blocking and tiedowns from machine.
WARN I N G
Always use a ground guide when unloading machine from trailer.
When operating machine down ramp, drive with extreme caution and in 1st gear ONLY.
Failure to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel or damage to
equipment.
2. Remove tape from exhaust pipe.
3. Start engine and allow to warm up (WP 0005).
4. Raise scraper bowl as required to clear the crest of ramp.
5. Using 1st gear ONLY, SLOWLY drive straight off trailer until clear of ramp.
6. Park machine where directed. Place transmission in N (Neutral), engage park brake, and lower bowl to ground.
Shut down engine.
