(21) Install seal (5) on end cap (4).
(22) Position end cap (4) on geroter (6) with
seven screws (3).
CAUTION
Tighten screws in a crisscross
pattern to properly seat end cap.
Failure to comply may result in
damage to equipment.
(23) Tighten seven screws (3) to 40 lb-in (5
N.m).
(24) Verify geroter (6) and seals (5 and 7) are
properly seated.
(25) Retighten screws (3) to 20-30 lb-ft
(27-41 N.m).
(26) Remove housing (1) from vise.
(27) Remove tape from output shaft (2).
