(15) Remove clip (18) and open tank safety cap (19) on oxygen tank (20).
(16) Turn handle (21) counterclockwise and open valve.
(17) Close tank safety cap (19) and install clip (18).
NOTE
Open oxygen valve fully.

Adjust oxygen regulator (22) between 10 and 80 psi, depending on the cutting material and type of work
being performed. See vendor data for recommended settings.
