BRAKE ASSEMBLY/MODIFIED SPINDLE REPLACEMENT/REPAIR (CONT)

Install backing plate (13), four screws (12), and four locknuts using a ratchet and 5/8 in. socket.
(3)
Install spindle (9) in frame (10).
(4)
Install two screws (8), and two locknuts (7) using a 15/16 in. open end wrench, ratchet and 15/16 in. socket.
