RIGHT FENDER INSTALLATION

WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Right fender weighs 180 lb (82 kg).
Use two fender bolts and washers to install lift links.
1. Install two link brackets (Figure 12, Item 3), washers (Figure 12, Item 4), and bolts (Figure 12, Item 5)
on right fender (Figure 12, Item 2).
2. Using assistance, install lifting device and chain hoist (Figure 12, Item 1) on link brackets (Figure 12, Item 3).
3. Using assistance and lifting device, lift right fender (Figure 12, Item 2) from flat surface and install on machine.
