RIGHT FENDER REMOVAL CONTINUED
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Right fender weighs 180 lb (82 kg).
8. Using assistance, remove right fender (Figure 6, Item 2) from machine and lower to flat surface.
9. Using assistance, remove lifting device and chain hoist (Figure 6, Item 1) from link brackets (Figure 6, Item 3).
10. Remove two bolts (Figure 6, Item 5), washers (Figure 6, Item 4), and link brackets (Figure 6, Item 3) from right
fender (Figure 6, Item 2).
