DISASSEMBLY CONTINUED
NOTE
The following procedure is for disassembly of the left side headlight. Use same procedure
for right side headlight disassembly.
37. Remove bolt (Figure 23, Item 1), washer (Figure 23, Item 2), and high beam headlight (Figure 23, Item 3) from
headlight assembly (Figure 23, Item 13).
38. Remove bolt (Figure 23, Item 6), washer (Figure 23, Item 5), and low beam headlight (Figure 23, Item 4) from
headlight assembly (Figure 23, Item 13).
39. Remove tiedown strap (Figure 23, Item 9) from turn signal lamp wiring harness connector (Figure 23, Item 11).
Discard tiedown strap.
NOTE
Note position and orientation of ladder bracket to aid in installation.
Note routing of wiring harness to aid in installation.
40. Remove three nuts (Figure 23, Item 7), washers (Figure 23, Item 8), ladder bracket (Figure 23, Item 10), and
turn signal lamp (Figure 23, Item 12) from headlight assembly (Figure 23, Item 13).
