15. Apply rubber lubricant to new O-ring (Figure 18, Item 4).
16. Using screwdriver, install new O-ring (Figure 18, Item 4) on inner groove of wheel (Figure 18, Item 1).
NOTE
To install lockring on wheel, start lockring in groove at split.
Ensure that lockring is fully seated and sits flush on wheel.
17. With assistance, use two lockring bars to install lockring (Figure 18, Item 3) on outer groove of wheel
(Figure 18, Item 1).
18. Install lock (Figure 18, Item 6) on wheel (Figure 18, Item 1).
19. Remove fork attachment (Figure 18, Item 9) and two wood blocks (Figure 20, Item 8) from sidewall of tire
(Figure 18, Item 2).
