NOTE
Inner ring weighs 93 lb (42 kg).
1. Rotate wheel (Figure 15, Item 2) so that notch (Figure 15, Item 1) for lock is at top of wheel.
2. WIth assistance, install inner ring (Figure 15, Item 3) on wheel (Figure 15, Item 2).
