INSTALLATION CONTINUED
1. Apply sealing compound to threads of tractor service brake pressure switch (Figure 2, Item 1) and
install tractor service brake pressure switch on fitting (Figure 2, Item 5) on brake air control valve
(Figure 2, Item 6).
NOTE
Install wiring harness connector as tagged during removal.
2. Connect main cab wiring harness connector (Figure 2, Item 2) on tractor service brake pressure switch
connector (Figure 2, Item 3).
3. Install tractor service brake pressure switch connector (Figure 2, Item 3) on bracket (Figure 2, Item 4).
4. Install new tiedown strap (Figure 2, Item 8) on tractor service brake pressure switch (Figure 2, Item 1) and
main cab wiring harness (Figure 2, Item 7).

5. Start engine and allow air pressure to build (TM 5-3805-296-10).
6. Apply parking brake (TM 5-3805-296-10).
7. Turn engine off (TM 5-3805-296-10).
