WARNING
Use caution when using adhesives and sealants. Prolonged inhalation of vapors can
cause lung irritation. Contact with skin can cause dermatitis. Wear gloves and safety
goggles and use product in a well-ventilated area away from open flame. If ingested, keep
individual calm and seek medical attention. DO NOT induce vomiting. If contact with skin
or eyes is made, flush thoroughly with water. Dispose of cleanup rags IAW local policy and
ordinances. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury to personnel.
NOTE
Remove plugs and caps from air tubes and fittings.
Install air tubes as tagged during removal.
4. Apply sealing compound to threads of air tube nut (Figure 6, Item 14) and install air tube (Figure 6, Item 13) on
fitting (Figure 6, Item 15) on brake air control valve (Figure 6, Item 16).
5. Apply sealing compound to threads of air tube nut (Figure 6, Item 11) and install air tube (Figure 6, Item 12) on
fitting (Figure 6, Item 10) on brake air control valve (Figure 6, Item 16).
6. Apply sealing compound to threads of air tube nut (Figure 6, Item 8) and install air tube (Figure 6, Item 7) on
fitting (Figure 6, Item 9) on brake air control valve (Figure 6, Item 16).
7. Apply sealing compound to threads of air tube nut (Figure 6, Item 5) and install air tube (Figure 6, Item 6) on
fitting (Figure 6, Item 4) on brake air control valve (Figure 6, Item 16).
8. Apply sealing compound to threads of air tube nut (Figure 6, Item 2) and install air tube (Figure 6, Item 3) on
elbow (Figure 6, Item 1) on brake air control valve (Figure 6, Item 16).
