INSTALLATION CONTINUED
WARNING
Use caution when using adhesives and sealants. Prolonged inhalation of vapors can
cause lung irritation. Contact with skin can cause dermatitis. Wear gloves and safety
goggles and use product in a well-ventilated area away from open flame. If ingested, keep
individual calm and seek medical attention. DO NOT induce vomiting. If contact with skin
or eyes is made, flush thoroughly with water. Dispose of cleanup rags IAW local policy and
ordinances. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury to personnel.
NOTE
Install fittings as noted during removal.
4. Apply sealant to fitting (Figure 3, Item 1) and install fitting on brake air dryer (Figure 3, Item 2).
5. Apply sealant to fitting (Figure 3, Item 7) and install fitting on brake air dryer (Figure 3, Item 2).
6. Apply sealant to fitting (Figure 3, Item 8) and install fitting on brake air dryer (Figure 3, Item 2).
7. Apply sealant to fitting (Figure 3, Item 9) and install fitting on fitting (Figure 3, Item 8).
NOTE
Install wiring harness as tagged and marked during removal.
8. Position wiring harness (Figure 4, Item 7) and install clamp (Figure 4, Item 6), washer (Figure 4, Item 4), and
bolt (Figure 4, Item 5) on brake air dryer (Figure 4, Item 3).
9. Connect wiring harness connector (Figure 4, Item 1) to brake air dryer sensor wiring harness connector
(Figure 4, Item 2).
