29. Install spacers (Figure 19, Item 4), washer (Figure 19, Item 1), and bolts (Figure 19, Item 2) on splash guard

30. Slide bracket (Figure 18, Item 2) into position.
31. Install clamps (Figure 18, Item 4), two washers (Figure 18, Item 3), and bolts (Figure 18, Item 1) on bracket
