NOTE
Procedure to remove check and relief valve hose for right steering cylinder and left
steering cylinder is identical. Right steering cylinder is shown.
Remove plugs and caps from hydraulic hose and fittings.
Install hydraulic hose as tagged during removal.
1. Position hydraulic hose (Figure 3, Item 8) on machine.
2. Install new O-ring (Figure 3, Item 6) on fitting (Figure 3, Item 5).
3. Install hydraulic hose (Figure 3, Item 8) on steering control valve fitting (Figure 3, Item 5). Tighten tube nut
(Figure 3, Item 7).
4. Install new O-ring (Figure 3, Item 2) on quick disconnect fitting (Figure 3, Item 3).
5. Install quick disconnect fitting (Figure 3, Item 3) on hydraulic hose (Figure 3, Item 8). Tighten tube nut
(Figure 3, Item 1).
6. Connect quick disconnect fitting (Figure 3, Item 3) on steering metering pump fitting (Figure 3, Item 4).
