13. Install pivot pin (Figure 22, Item 1) on actuator clevis (Figure 22, Item 2) and slack adjuster (Figure 22, Item 4).
14. Install new cotter pin (Figure 22, Item 3) on pivot pin (Figure 22, Item 1).
