Alarm Wiring Harness for High
Resistance or Open.
1. Turn mode switch on military light
switch to OFF position
(TM 5-3805-296-10).
2. Turn battery disconnect switch to
OFF position (TM 5-3805-296-10).
3. Disconnect connector AH-C1
(WP 0012, Figure 325) from
connector AE-C4
(WP 0012, Figure 174).
4. Connect jumper wire between
connector AH-C1 terminal 2 and
terminal 6 (WP 0012, Figure 325).
5. Using digital multimeter
Resistance 5.0 Ohms or Less
(WP 0540), measure resistance
Proceed to Test Step 17.

Resistance Greater Than 5.0 Ohms

Remove jumper wire from connector

2. Connect jumper wire between
connector AE-C4 terminal 2 and
terminal 6 (WP 0012, Figure 174).
3. Disconnect connector AE-C1
(WP 0012, Figure 144) from
connector E-C2 (WP 0012,
Figure 143).
4. Using digital multimeter
Resistance 5.0 Ohms or Less
(WP 0540), measure resistance
Proceed to Test Step 18.

Remove jumper wire from connector
(WP 0012, Figure 144).
AE-C4 terminal 2 and terminal 6
