Installation.
(1)
If removed, install three brackets (8), three screws (7), three lockwashers (9), and three nuts (10) using a 12
in. open end wrench, ratchet and 1/2 in. socket.
(2)
Install spray bar (11), three U-bolts (5), six lockwashers (6), and six nuts (4) using a 7/16 in. open end
wrench, ratchet and 7/16 in. socket.
(3)
Position hose clamp (1) and connect hose (2) to adapter (3). Tighten hose clamp with flat
tip screwdriver.
NOTE
Follow-on maintenance:
•
Install front dirt deflector (para 4-112)
•
Open water tank shut off valve (para 2-
8)
•
Check system for leaks
