Fuel hose (See Appendix G for fabrication)
WARNING
Fuel is very flammable and can explode easily. To avoid serious injury or death, keep fuel away
from open fire and keep fire extinguisher within easy reach when working with fuel. Do not work
on fuel system when engine is hot. Fuel can be ignited by hot engine. When working with fuel,
post signs that read NO SMOKING WITHIN 50 FEET (15.24 m) of vehicle.

Remove connecting bolt (1), copper washer (2), deaeration valve (3), washer (4), copper washer (5),
barbed fitting (6), bleed line (7), and clamp (8) using a 17 mm open end wrench and flat tip screwdriver.
