REMOVAL CONTINUED
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Ejector weighs 3000 lb (1361 kg).
13. With assistance, install lifting device (Figure 6, Item 1) on ejector (Figure 6, Item 2).
14. Release tension from chain hoist (Figure 6, Item 7).
15. Remove chain hoist hook (Figure 6, Item 3) from ejector (Figure 6, Item 2).
16. Remove chain hoist hook (Figure 6, Item 4) from shackle (Figure 6, Item 6).
17. Remove shackle (Figure 6, Item 6) from right lifting eye at fuel tank (Figure 6, Item 5).
