INSTALLATION CONTINUED
WARNING
Ejector must remain secure with hydraulic lines and ejector cylinder removed. Ejector can
move without warning when hydraulic lines are disconnected. Failure to follow this
warning may result in injury or death to personnel.
WARNING
Use extreme caution when handling heavy parts. Provide adequate support and use
assistance during procedure. Ensure any lifting device used is in good condition and of
suitable load capacity. Keep clear of heavy parts supported only by lifting device. Failure
to follow this warning may cause injury or death to personnel. Cylinder must remain level
and balanced during removal from machine. Failure to follow this warning may result in
injury or death to personnel.
NOTE
Install lifting sling and lifting device as shown.
Ejector cylinder weighs 550 lb (250 kg).
2. Install choked lifting sling (Figure 19, Item 1) on ejector cylinder (Figure 19, Item 2).
3. Use lifting device to lift ejector cylinder (Figure 19, Item 2) to machine.
