REMOVAL CONTINUED
WARNING
Allow hydraulic system to cool before performing procedure. Hot hydraulic fluid can cause
severe burns. Wear eye, hand, and skin protection when working with heated parts.
Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Plug and cap all hydraulic lines and fittings to prevent contamination.
NOTE
Note position of clamp to aid in installation.
Tag and mark hydraulic lines to aid in installation.
Note routing and location of hydraulic lines to aid in installation.
Note size and position of bolts to aid in installation.
35. Remove four bolts (Figure 12, Item 2), washers (Figure 12, Item 3), cushion hitch hydraulic line
(Figure 12, Item 1) and O-ring (Figure 12, Item 5) from leveling cylinder (Figure 12, Item 4). Discard O-ring.
36. Remove cushion hitch hydraulic line (Figure 12, Item 1) from machine.
37. Remove clamp (Figure 12, Item 6) from cushion hitch hydraulic line (Figure 12, Item 1).
