REMOVAL CONTINUED
WARNING
Allow hydraulic system to cool before performing procedure. Hot hydraulic fluid can cause
severe burns. Wear eye, hand, and skin protection when working with heated parts.
Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Plug and cap all hydraulic hoses and fittings to prevent contamination.
NOTE
Tag and mark hydraulic hoses to aid in installation.
Note routing and location of hydraulic hoses to aid in installation.
30. Loosen tube nut (Figure 10, Item 5), and remove cushion hitch hydraulic hose (Figure 10, Item 6) and O-ring
(Figure 10, Item 11) from cushion hitch hydraulic line (Figure 10, Item 4). Discard O-ring.
31. Remove cushion hitch hydraulic hose (Figure 10, Item 6) from machine.
32. Remove nut (Figure 10, Item 8), washer (Figure 10, Item 9), ladder clip (Figure 10, Item 7), clamp
(Figure 10, Item 3), washer (Figure 10, Item 2), and bolt (Figure 10, Item 1) from bracket (Figure 10, Item 10).
