REMOVAL CONTINUED
WARNING
Allow hydraulic system to cool before performing procedure. Hot hydraulic fluid can cause
severe burns. Wear eye, hand, and skin protection when working with heated parts.
Hydraulic oil is very slippery. Immediately wipe up any spills. Failure to follow this warning
may result in injury or death to personnel.
CAUTION
Plug and cap all hydraulic lines and fittings to prevent contamination.
NOTE
Note position of P-clamp to aid in installation.
Tag and mark hydraulic lines to aid in installation.
Note routing and location of hydraulic lines to aid in installation.
26. Remove nut (Figure 9, Item 6), washer (Figure 9, Item 5), bolt (Figure 9, Item 2), washer (Figure 9, Item 3), and
P-clamp (Figure 9, Item 4) from bracket (Figure 9, Item 7).
27. Remove P-clamp (Figure 9, Item 4) from cushion hitch hydraulic line (Figure 9, Item 1).
28. Loosen tube nut (Figure 9, Item 8), and remove cushion hitch hydraulic line (Figure 9, Item 1) and O-ring
(Figure 9, Item 9) from fitting (Figure 9, Item 10). Discard O-ring.
29. Remove cushion hitch hydraulic line (Figure 9, Item 1) from machine.
