WARNING
Wheels must remain chocked during entire procedure. Failure to follow this warning may
result in injury or death to personnel.
WARNING
Use caution when using adhesives and sealants. Prolonged inhalation of vapors can
cause lung irritation. Contact with skin can cause dermatitis. Wear gloves and safety
goggles and use product in a well-ventilated area away from open flame. If ingested, keep
individual calm and seek medical attention. DO NOT induce vomiting. If contact with skin
or eyes is made, flush thoroughly with water. Dispose of cleanup rags IAW local policy and
ordinances. Failure to follow this warning may result in injury to personnel
NOTE
Remove plugs and caps from air lines and fittings.
Install wiring harness as tagged and marked during removal.
1. Apply sealant to scraper park brake pressure switch (Figure 2, Item 2).
2. Install scraper park brake pressure switch (Figure 2, Item 2) on fitting (Figure 2, Item 5).
3. Connect scraper park brake pressure switch harness connector (Figure 2, Item 6) to push frame wiring
harness connector (Figure 2, Item 1).
4. Install new tiedown strap (Figure 2, Item 3) on scraper park brake pressure switch wiring harness (Figure 2,
Item 4) and scraper park brake pressure switch (Figure 2, Item 2).
